Application to Attend Speed 101 SpeedQuest June 21st Yorba Linda Camp Note that Speed 101 SpeedQuest involves strenuous physical workouts. As in any sports activity, there is always the possibility of injury. While Coach Verdugo and his staff are experienced physical conditioning trainers and take every precaution to assure the safety of Speed 101 SpeedQuest participants, neither Coach Verdugo or any member of his staff can be held responsible for any injuries sustained while participating in Speed 101 SpeedQuest activities. The applicant indicates acceptance of this Waiver of Liability by completing the Application to attend Speed 101 SpeedQuest Yorba Linda June 21st Camp. You must bring this completed application to the first session you attend or submit with your prepaid tuition.
